Yes, it’s that time of the year again, the time when the entire retail world holds their breath for next year’s fashion creations. September 8th marked the beginning of Spring 2011 Fashion Week in NYC.

R.I.P Alexander McQueen

Just days before his Paris runway show set for March 9th in Paris..The British fashion designer Alexander McQueen has been found dead at his London home at the age of 40.His edgy creations have been seen on numerous red carpets, worn by celebrities including Lady Gaga, Sandra Bullock, and Cameron Diaz. McQueen was a four-time winner of the British designer of the year award as well as the international designer of the year award from the Council of Fashion Designers of America. He was awarded the CBE in 2003.
