I guess we could have seen this coming, I mean the biggest sign was when she attended the BAFTA Gala and met the Royals without her husband and instead, with her mother. Oh and did I mention she wasn't wearing a wedding ring. You don't typically take off your wedding ring if it doesn't match your outfit do you? Does a wedding ring ever not match an outfit?
Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez have decided to end their seven year marriage, as reported in a joint statement by People magazine.
"We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved, and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time."
I'm not going to even speculate why the two ended their marriage, tabloids have started guessing, but they have no proof. However, I do know that the former couple is insisting that the split was amicable and that it will not get in the way of their upcoming reality show, Q'Viva! or their apparel line at Kohl's.
I like to think that there is such thing as an amicable break up, I really do, but I'm still skeptical. The couple have two children together so let's hope for the most amicable outcome.
