Two new movies have been added to this weekend’s lineup, both very different.
Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively star in the Warner Brothers’ DC Comic inspired superhero film Green Lantern. Reynolds stars as Hal Jordan, an ordinary man who is granted a mystical green ring that gives him super powers and great responsibility, when he is transformed into the role of the Green Lantern.

Based on the childrens book by the same name, Mr. Popper’s Penguins is a family comedy staring legendary funnyman Jim Carey. After inheriting six penguins, a businessman in New York (Carey) finds his life slowly unraveling as he changes his lifestyle to better suit the daily life of his penguins.
Sure to be a must see for anyone with small kids! If you don’t have any of your own, borrow somebody’s, Carey rarely disappoints. Take a look at the cute trailer here:
