Reese Witherspoon's Memorable Acceptance Speech at MTV Movie Awards

I’m not use to seeing Reese Witherspoon so vocal and judgmental!

Last night, the actress received The MTV Generation Award for her outstanding contribution to film.  Robert Pattinson, Patrick Dempsey, and Chelsea Handler presented Reese with the award and the actress took the stage to deliver this message:

“I just want to say to all the girls out there that I know it’s cool to be bad, I get it, it’s cool to be bad. But it is possible to make it in Hollywood without doing a reality show. When I came up in this business, if you made a sex tape, you were embarrassed and you hid it under the bed. And if you took naked pictures of yourself on your cell phone, you hide your face people! Hide your face! So for all the girls out there, it’s possible to be a good girl, and I’m going to try and make it cool.”

Was that a shot at the Kardashians? Or Blake Lively, the most recent ‘victim’ of having naked pictures leaked? By the way, Blake was in attendance last night, too bad there was no shot of her during this speech. Regardless, I’m in love with Reese Witherspoon right now and I think it is about time that someone steps up as a good role model for young women.

This sex tape, naked picture trend is getting old.
