(Jean-Paul Gauthier Fall 2011)
If you live in the Greater Montreal Area and don't have anything planned this long-weekend (it's Quebec national holiday btw), you might want to stop by the MMFA (Montreal Museum of Fine Arts) for the Gaultier exhibition entitled "The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk".
It's MMFA's first international exhibition devoted to French Couture! Even if museums are not your thing, it's worth the trip on a rainy day to see in person some of the most infamous pieces from the man who was known as Paris's Enfant Terrible, dressed Madonna et was the artistic director of Hermes.
Where: MMFA - 1390 Sherbrooke West, Montreal QC
When: From June 17 to October 2 2011
