My last segment of the Best of Paris Fashion Week is honoring the Legacy Household Names (yes, I intentionally saved the best for last). My most anticipated collection? Well, Alexander McQueen of course! Not only did Sarah Burton respect and paid homage to the late Alexander Lee McQueen, she created a collection true to the "heritage silhouettes". I love every piece so much that I couldn't possibly pick a top 4 looks!
Another designer under everyone's radar was Christophe Lemaire, who was newly appointed at Hermes. Like most, I was somewhat skeptic about his ability to meet the Hermes-style, coming from Lacoste and all. Well, based on his first collection for the house, he did not disapoint!
My last note is to highlight the "black cat hat" featured at Givenchy. How adorable!!! It's my top accessory item to own next season! Maybe I'll be able to scout out a similar design on my upcoming trip to Asia.
